Don’t suffer from anxiety alone. Connect and overcome with fellow believers
Life isn’t meant to be lived alone. While we may have family and friends available, anxiety can often feel isolating. We’re here to help connect people in their time of need, especially when going out feels too difficult.
Our mission is to display the love of Jesus through connection, friendship, and mutual encouragement. If you’re struggling with anxiety and want to connect with others facing similar challenges to build a supportive community, Unity Meetup is the perfect place for you.
Zoom meet-ups are held once a week for 30 minutes at a pre-scheduled time. We understand it might feel daunting to join a video conference with a large number of attendees. To make it more comfortable, breakout rooms with up to five people will be created based on age and location once the main meeting begins.
We understand that taking the first step can feel overwhelming. To help put your mind at ease, we’ve compiled answers to our most frequently asked questions.
While we are a Christian organization, we never want anyone to feel left out because of their background. We simply ask that you remain open to others sharing about their faith.
If the number of people is less than five, there won’t be any breakout rooms, regardless of the location and demographics of the attendees.
We encourage this and thank you for your willingness to help.
Because we are a peer-to-peer group, discussions are solely up to the attendees. We just ask that you are polite and respectful.
There are opportunities to help with administrative duties, such as website automation, content writing, and marketing. Simply sharing Unity Meetup on your social channels and through word of mouth is also encouraged and appreciated.
